About The Position

You will be the Air Dominance Program Manager for the Air Dominance team. Our team is responsible for delivering advanced air‑dominance capabilities through integrated weapons, sensors, and services. What You Will Be Doing As the Air Dominance Program Manager you will be responsible for leading the Systems, Software, and Simulation (S3) activities on the EMD contract. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Drive cost, technical, and schedule performance of the S3 Development Branch. Manage system requirements and verification plan to complete the missile configuration roadmap. Oversee missile Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop activities across multiple sites and suppliers. Identify barriers and risks to S3 development and execute mitigation plans. Coordinate activities across the Air Dominance portfolio, mitigating inter‑contract dependencies. Requirements

  • Engineering degree (systems, software, mechanical, integration and test or similar) with 8+ years experience in an applicable engineering discipline
  • Leadership of cross-functional team with scope > $10M, with responsibility for quality/technical, schedule and cost performance
  • Experience leading subordinate leaders and developing talent (i.e. IPT leads)
  • Experience in risk identification and management
  • Strong problem solving skills; Quick learner
  • Proven ability to work multiple, high-priority tasks in parallel with minimal direction
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and formal presentation skills, including the ability to interface at all levels and across multiple functions and customer sets.
  • Experience establishing strong customer relationships
  • Experience working with suppliers and subcontract management
  • Familiarity working in classified environments
  • Active Secret security clearance with an investigation within 5 years and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance as well as a Special Access Program clearance.
  • Must have the ability to travel up to 20%
