Position Overview: KODA Technologies is seeking an Air Defense Radar System Analyst with a strong engineering or physics background and experience with command, control, and communications. You will assess and analyze emerging foreign air defense systems , focusing on surveillance, fire control, and multiple function radar systems to support key national security customers. This role requires independent analytical thought, effective communication, and collaboration with experts across C3, missile guidance, and operational domains.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (EE, AE, SE), Physics, Computer Science , or related discipline
  • 5+ years of relevant experience analyzing or working with radar systems in air and missile defense applications.
  • Familiarity with air and missile defense kill chains.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to produce high-quality technical assessments
  • Clearance: eligible or active TS/SCI with Poly.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep understanding of radar architectures, functionalities, and performance metrics .
  • Understanding of key radar subsystem technologies including phased array antennas, active electronically scanned arrays, receiver/exciters, and signal/data processing.
  • Exposure to C3 or missile guidance/intercept
  • Experience in technical intelligence analysis, intelligence source data utilization, test & evaluation, or modeling & simulation
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical and operational analysis of foreign air defense and integrated air and missile defense systems focusing on radar system aspects
  • Perform technical analysis of radar system, subsystems, and components
  • Prepare clear technical assessments, briefings, and written deliverables for government customers
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including C3, EW, missile guidance, and intelligence specialists
  • Support system-of-systems evaluations and comparative capability studies
  • Apply analytical rigor to complex problems with incomplete or classified data
