Manage all shifts and ongoing activities, review personnel, direct the resolution of related difficulties, determine responsibilities to accomplish objectives Lead, direct, motivate, coach, administer corrective action, train, and ensure employees comply with company and customer policies and procedures Understand operational contract obligations and be literate with related systems Versed in all aspects of international cargo handling, warehouse buildup/breakdown, understand all associated regulatory concerns, and customs documentation Provide on the job, customer, and recurrent regulatory training Observe and enforce all WFS and government safety and security policies, regulations, and directives and hold employees accountable for failure to follow Maintain/control required aspects of the operation in accordance with corporate security program and TSA legislation Ensure the required company audit requirements are undertaken to ensure continuity and compliance Read, understand, and clarify the implementation of site security plan and ensure WFS staff are issued relevant company ID and are required to display identity badge Coordinate activities with other functions to provide optimum services Understand the principle of aircraft weight and balance/load planning Familiarity with security mandates generated from the following agencies is required; Transportation Safety Administration (TSA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Local Airport Authority and U.S. Customs & Border Patrol (CBP)
