Direct Leads and Agents within assigned functional area Oversee and advise on staffing requirements Monitor/administer discipline/corrective action by or for subordinates Ensure customer satisfaction by daily feedback Act as liaison between Leads/Agents and upper management Proactively monitor work of assigned employees to ensure that customer satisfaction, safety, security, quality, and employee relations meet or exceed standards Ensure practices are administered in a fair and equitable manner, where all employees, customers, vendors and other third parties are treated with respect
