About The Position

About The Ain Hub: The Ain Technology and Design Hub is a faculty-led, student-powered digital agency housed in FGCU's Daveler & Kauanui School of Entrepreneurship. We provide web design, SEO, data dashboards, and AI strategy services to businesses and community organizations in Southwest Florida. Students work on real projects for real clients and deliver real solutions. Our team has trained 350+ Southwest Florida professionals in AI workshops and built tools like the Sanibel Hurricane Recovery Dashboard that serve entire communities. Job Description What You'll Do Build websites, dashboards, digital marketing campaigns, and AI workflows for local businesses and nonprofits Work directly with clients across SWFL Learn and apply AI tools to solve practical business problems Collaborate with fellow students in a studio environment Present your work to clients and stakeholders Additional Job Description What We're Looking For Genuine curiosity about technology, design, or business Willingness to learn by doing (not just reading about it) Reliability and ability to meet deadlines with real clients counting on you Strong communication skills Comfort with ambiguity and figuring things out Interest in AI and emerging technologies Open to all undergrad and graduate majors Nice to Have (But Not Required) Experience with web design or vibe coding Familiarity with tools like Canva, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Replit Hours & Commitment 20 hours per week $18 per hour One-year commitment required: Spring 2026, Summer 2026, and Fall 2026 Option for rehire based on performance and expected graduation date FGCU is a State University System of Florida member and an Equal Opportunity and Equal Access employer.
