About The Position

Come join our team! As a school bus monitor, you will assist the driver with the safe management of students onboard the vehicle. This may include assisting students as they enter and exit the vehicle, performing safety checks, leading emergency evacuations, and communicating behavior issues with parents and management, among other duties. Requirements

  • Experience working with children
  • Undergo pre-employment testing
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • At least 19 years old
  • Ability to work with people in a positive manner and manage student behavior in a non-confrontational manner
  • Be subject to a background check, drug screen & physical performance test
  • Ability to handle manage vehicle and student emergencies in calm, appropriate manner
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without restrictions
