This role focuses on creating modern, AI-powered learning that rapidly produces content to help customers activate, adopt, and succeed, while also building community and advocacy within the XM ecosystem. You’ll be part of the Community, Learning, and Advocacy team — a cross-functional group shaping how customers learn, grow, and influence XM as a category, all within the Customer Marketing organization.
