As a trainer, your work is central to this process: Training & Education (Your Core Role) – You’ll lead live and virtual training sessions designed to teach AI literacy and real-world application. This includes our flagship Intro to AI course and Microsoft Copilot for Construction . You’ll help business professionals understand how to apply tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini to improve their workflows. Discovery & Consulting (Dream Sessions) – During training, you’ll identify pain points, redundancies, and untapped opportunities within the companies you teach. These insights feed into our Dream Sessions —5-hour strategic engagements where we help clients discover and prioritize high-ROI custom AI tools. You’ll play a key role in spotting these opportunities and passing them to our consulting team. Strategic AI Enablement (AI Council Management Service) – Some companies require longer-term guidance. When appropriate, you’ll help surface opportunities for companies to enroll in our AI Council Management Service , a support structure that helps teams oversee their AI roadmaps, maintain tools, and manage internal adoption across departments. As a traveling AI trainer , you’ll serve as the face of Dynaimix—visiting cities nationwide to teach AI literacy through live instruction and platform demonstrations. You’ll train professionals in how to integrate tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini into daily business workflows. You’ll also need to stay familiar with emerging third-party AI tools that integrate with these foundational models. One example includes Gamma AI , a visual storytelling platform that leverages GPT-based content generation. Understanding tools like these will help you broaden the application potential of each training. In addition to teaching, you’ll act as our eyes and ears in the field —identifying common industry pain points, recommending ideas for future courses, and surfacing companies that may be a fit for our Dream Session consulting pathway or AI Council Management Service . When not traveling, you’ll contribute to internal projects such as course development, marketing collaboration, and syllabus refinement. Our current training audiences are primarily comprised of office-based professionals in construction, electrical, and mechanical contracting firms , along with mid-sized B2B companies . These individuals are not field workers—they are the people running projects, managing operations, and leading teams.

Requirements

3+ years experience in professional training, adult learning, or enterprise software demos
Hands-on experience using: ChatGPT Microsoft Copilot (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) Google Gemini
Exceptional public speaking and facilitation skills (live and virtual)
Highly self-directed, resourceful, and organized
Ideally 2 or more of the following certifications: AI and LLM certifications: Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Google Cloud Generative AI Leader, Google AI Essentials, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals, or Microsoft Certified: AI Badge

Nice To Haves

Strong preference for candidates with experience in construction, electrical contracting, mechanical trades, or project-based environments. While not mandatory, industry familiarity allows for faster connection with the audience and better context when delivering examples.

Responsibilities

Deliver Intro to AI and Microsoft Copilot for Construction trainings in one of two formats: Two-Day In-Person Format : Conduct both Day 1 and Day 2 training sessions on-site at a client location or association event, over two consecutive days. Hybrid Format : Conduct Day 1 in-person, followed by two non-consecutive, 3-hour Zoom sessions (Session 2 and Session 3). These follow-up sessions will not be held on the same day and are designed to reinforce concepts in manageable virtual segments.
Use live demos to teach how AI tools improve workflow and reduce friction
Identify warm leads for our Dream Sessions consulting team
Observe common industry patterns, language, and gaps to inform future training content
Self-manage all calendar, scheduling, and travel logistics (airfare, hotel, ground)—expenses fully reimbursed
Continuously upskill on AI platforms by following YouTube creators, internal content, and AI news
Support admin work between trainings: Collaborate with marketing (content feedback, audience insights) Maintain prompt and professional communication with clients Refine or review course syllabi Help conceptualize new course modules or demos
