About The Position

At Ping Identity, we believe in making digital experiences both secure and seamless for all users, without compromise. We call this digital freedom. And it's not just something we provide our customers. It's something that inspires our company. People don't come here to join a culture that's built on digital freedom. They come to cultivate it. Our intelligent, cloud identity platform lets people shop, work, bank, and interact wherever and however they want. Without friction. Without fear. While protecting digital identities is at the core of our technology, protecting individual identities is at the core of our culture. We champion every identity. One of our core values, Respect Individuality, reminds us to celebrate differences so you are empowered to bring your authentic self to work. We're headquartered in Denver, Colorado and we have offices and employees around the globe. We serve the largest, most demanding enterprises worldwide, including more than half of the Fortune 100. At Ping Identity, we're changing the way people and businesses think about cybersecurity, digital experiences, and identity and access management. The Role Ping Identity is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically curious AI Analyst / Admin to join the Data & AI team within the Office of the CIO. This is a unique opportunity to be at the center of Ping's enterprise AI ecosystem — helping govern, optimize, and expand how we deploy AI tools and platforms across the organization. As an AI Analyst / Admin, you'll be the operational backbone of our AI platform portfolio. You'll manage platform configurations, track adoption and usage metrics, support AI governance processes, and help connect the dots between our tools, our people, and our strategic priorities. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, data-savvy, and excited to operate at the intersection of AI enablement, platform administration, and enterprise analytics.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in platform administration, IT operations, business analysis, or a related role focused on enterprise SaaS tools or data platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with experience building reports or dashboards to track platform usage, adoption, or operational KPIs (e.g., in Tableau, Looker, Google Sheets, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills — comfortable managing multiple workstreams, tracking open items, and keeping stakeholders informed without dropping the ball.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI or SaaS platforms — you don't need to be an engineer, but you're comfortable navigating admin consoles, user management interfaces, and platform settings.
  • Clear, confident communicator — able to translate technical platform details into plain language for business audiences and write documentation that people actually use.
  • Collaborative by nature — you work well across IT, data, and business teams and are comfortable navigating a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

Nice To Haves

  • You have hands-on experience administering an enterprise AI platform such as Glean, Databricks, Salesforce Einstein, Microsoft Copilot, or similar.
  • You have experience supporting an AI governance or responsible AI program — tracking use cases, flagging risks, or maintaining an AI tool registry.
  • You've built adoption or ROI dashboards for technology platforms and know how to tell a story with usage data.
  • You've written prompt templates, configured agents, or supported users in getting more out of AI assistant tools.
  • You have a background in IT service management, help desk, or enterprise platform support.
  • You are familiar with data privacy, access control, or compliance concepts relevant to AI systems (e.g., PII handling, role-based access, data retention).

Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure AI platforms across Ping's enterprise AI stack (e.g., Glean, Databricks, and other deployed tools), including user provisioning, access management, connector configuration, and settings governance.
  • Support the AI governance process by maintaining a registry of approved AI tools, tracking use case submissions, monitoring compliance with AI policies, and flagging risks or anomalies.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and platform operations , including license management, renewal tracking, support escalations, and liaison work with external AI vendors.
  • Assist in onboarding and enablement of new AI tools and capabilities — creating documentation, training guides, and FAQs to help Identians get the most out of available platforms.
  • Support the AI Automation Engineer(s) with platform-level configuration needs, agent publishing workflows, and operational tasks that keep automation running reliably.
  • Triage and respond to AI platform support requests , partnering with IT and business stakeholders to resolve access issues, configuration questions, and integration challenges.
  • Monitor platform health and performance , proactively identifying issues and working with vendors or internal teams to resolve them.
  • Contribute to AI use case intake and tracking , helping teams log, prioritize, and move use cases through the pipeline in coordination with the broader AI & Data team.
