The opportunity We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager to lead the design and development of AI agents, microservices, and enterprise integrations. This role is ideal for a seasoned engineering leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys mentoring technical talent, and is passionate about delivering scalable AI solutions that drive business impact.

Requirements

8–12+ years of experience in software engineering or applied AI.
Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java for microservices.
Experience with orchestration tools such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, event-driven systems, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in AI technologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Embrace emerging technologies and digital tools to enhance collaboration, streamline workflows, and improve service delivery.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and adaptability in a hybrid work environment.
Lead with Insight and Analytical Rigor
Apply complex problem-solving and critical thinking to evaluate data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Translate insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable outcomes.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to enterprise SaaS integrations.
Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and scalable infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of AI agents, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
Serve as a hands-on developer while guiding 1–2 Assistant Directors.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-value agent use cases.
Establish reusable frameworks and best practices across AI engineering projects.
