About The Position
Budujesz agentów GenAI opartych o Copilot Studio i Azure AI Foundry — od projektowania logiki zachowania, przez konfigurację knowledge sources i narzędzi, po testowanie oraz iteracyjną poprawę jakości. Projektujesz i wdrażasz zastosowania agentowe w procesach biznesowych, świadomie dobierając, kiedy użyć agenta, kiedy Power Automate, a kiedy hybrydy. Tworzysz proste interfejsy Canvas Apps wspierające działania agentów, w tym elementy human‑in‑the‑loop i integracje z Power Automate. Pracujesz na danych firmowych, łączysz źródła wiedzy i dbasz o bezpieczeństwo oraz odpowiedzialne użycie AI w organizacji. Współpracujesz z konsultantami i zespołami delivery, zbierając use-case’y, prototypując i dowożąc MVP/PoC. Aktywnie śledzisz zmiany w narzędziach i modelach, wdrażając je w codziennej pracy.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of GenAI and agents
- Experience using Microsoft Copilot Studio to build agents and agent flows
- Experience using Azure AI Foundry to create, deploy, and monitor AI solutions
- Experience designing and creating flows in Power Automate
- Experience building simple applications in Power Apps
- Understanding of data security, lifecycle, and limitations in AI
- Experience working with company knowledge repositories and building agents that operate "on data"
Nice To Haves
- Ability to use Azure OpenAI and system integrations
- Knowledge of agent quality assessment practices
- Ability to connect AI with the data area (Fabric/Power BI/Dataverse)
- Experience in agents supporting delivery processes (ADO, backlog, documents)
Responsibilities
- Building GenAI agents based on Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
- Designing and implementing agent applications in business processes
- Creating simple Canvas Apps interfaces supporting agent activities
- Working with company data, connecting knowledge sources, and ensuring security and responsible use of AI
- Collaborating with consultants and delivery teams, gathering use-cases, prototyping, and delivering MVP/PoC
- Actively monitoring changes in tools and models and implementing them in daily work
