About The Position

The AI Specialist – Microsoft Copilot & Fabric will design, implement, and support AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Fabric, Azure OpenAI, and the Power Platform. This role focuses on helping clients adopt practical, secure, and scalable AI solutions that enhance productivity, reporting, analytics, and business processes across Microsoft cloud ecosystems. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Microsoft’s AI stack, data platforms, and enterprise business systems, and can translate business requirements into real-world AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement and customize Microsoft Copilot solutions (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and role-based Copilots)
• Design prompt strategies and copilots aligned with business workflows
• Assist clients with Copilot readiness, governance, security, and adoption
• Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Power BI)
• Integrate data from ERP, CRM, SQL Server, Azure, and third-party systems
• Build AI-enabled analytics and reporting solutions leveraging Fabric and Power BI
• Deploy and manage Azure OpenAI services
• Build AI workflows using Azure AI Studio, Cognitive Services, and Logic Apps
• Ensure solutions follow Microsoft security, compliance, and responsible AI standards
