About The Position

The AI Solutions Senior Consultant profile represents the progression from supported execution to independent project ownership, combining deep AI consulting expertise with increasing client relationship management, business development contribution, and team development responsibilities across three progressive career stages. You will own end-to-end AI solution delivery from requirements through validation while building strategic client relationships, contributing to business development, and developing junior consultants through increasing levels of project complexity and leadership accountability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in AI consulting, business analysis, or client-facing technology roles
  • Demonstrated track record of successful AI project delivery, client relationship management, and stakeholder facilitation
  • Experience progressing from workstream ownership to full project management with increasing complexity and autonomy
  • Solution Ownership: Ability to independently manage complete AI solution lifecycles from discovery through validation with minimal supervision
  • Advanced Client Management: Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder environments, managing C-suite relationships, and translating ambiguous business needs into technical requirements
  • AI Solution Design: Deep expertise in Generative AI, ML applications, and cloud AI platforms with ability to architect solutions aligned to business value
  • Business Development: Capability to identify opportunities, support proposal development, and contribute to pipeline generation through client relationship excellence
  • Team Development: Mentoring and coaching abilities to develop junior consultants and contribute to team capability building

  • Successfully deliver AI solutions meeting quality standards with progressive improvement in on-time delivery rates (>90% at Senior I, >95% at Senior II/III)
  • Build strong client relationships resulting in high satisfaction scores and repeat engagement opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Solution Delivery: Own complete AI solution delivery from requirements gathering through validation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic client relationships, independently managing stakeholder expectations and serving as trusted advisor on AI transformation
  • Use Case Development: Lead identification, prioritization, and validation of AI opportunities through data exploration, experimentation, and Proof of Concept delivery
  • Business Development: Actively contribute to pipeline generation through relationship management, opportunity identification, and support for proposal development
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop junior consultants through formal coaching relationships, knowledge sharing, and collaborative project work
  • Methodology Enhancement: Contribute to practice improvement through methodology refinement, tool development, and lessons learned documentation
  • Process Intelligence: Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, workflows, and data to map opportunities for automation by leveraging process mining and task mining tools (e.g., Microsoft Process Mining, Celonis, Minit, Apromore, ServiceNow)
