AI Solutions Engineer
OneReach.ai builds conversational AI and automation tools that help organizations improve how they communicate and operate. Founded by Robb Wilson, author of Age of Invisible Machines, the company focuses on practical, human-centered automation for real business use cases.
Our no-code/low-code platform enables teams to design and manage AI-driven workflows, virtual assistants, and system integrations across channels. Customers use the platform to automate processes, personalize interactions, and connect existing enterprise tools - reducing manual work and improving efficiency at scale.
Position Overview
We’re looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to work closely with our Head of Engineering on creating, testing, and prototyping AI-driven solutions using the OneReach platform. You’ll help build micro-products, proofs of concept, and templates, and support development of agent-driven workflows.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role that combines development, problem-solving, and prototyping with a willingness to learn and take on whatever tasks are needed to advance the work.

Requirements

• Proficient in JavaScript; strong understanding of programming fundamentals.
• Prior experience creating AI-based solutions, agent-driven workflows, or conversational AI.
• Experience with Vue.js or react
• Experience with LLM APIs and AI workflows
• Methodical problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot development challenges.
• Fast learner with strong critical thinking and willingness to take on diverse technical tasks.
• Able to work on-site in Berkeley, CA
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with TypeScript
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms or workflow orchestration systems.
• Exposure to prototyping, proof-of-concept development, or technical demonstrations.
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and growing alongside a senior developer/engineer.

Responsibilities

• Build proofs of technology and micro-products using the OneReach platform.
• Collaborate directly with the Development Manager on prototyping AI-driven workflows and agent-based solutions.
• Create templates, demos, and tests to validate solutions and explore new approaches.
• Conduct tests, tweak logic, and refine AI workflows to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Support the development of micro-products and proofs of concept for client demos and internal testing.
• Solve technical problems methodically, applying critical thinking to practical development tasks.
• Assist with a variety of tasks as assigned, learning new skills and technologies along the way.
