Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, Master’s preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in machine learning, data engineering, AI tools development, or AI solution deployment.
  • Hands-on experience designing or integrating AI agent frameworks and foundation model APIs.
  • Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation systems and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma.
  • Ability to design AI architectures that are reliable, secure, scalable, and maintainable.
  • A strategic, curious mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy AI-driven solutions that automate workflows, improve engineering performance, and unlock new capabilities.
  • Leverage market-ready AI tools or build custom solutions when greater flexibility, control, or performance is needed.
  • Own projects from concept through deployment, adoption, and iteration, ensuring solutions work in the real world.
  • Identify high-value opportunities where AI can reduce time, improve quality, or scale engineering capacity.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to translate business needs into intelligent automation and agentic workflows.
  • Share knowledge, insights, and best practices to help teams adopt AI confidently and consistently across EVS.
