We are hiring an AI Solutions Consultant to engage, educate, and close prospective customers looking to modernize their software development with AI. You will work directly with engineering leaders, CTOs, and technical teams at mid-market and enterprise companies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role is not just technical—it is a highly competitive, sales-driven role for someone who wants to win deals, build relationships, and help drive revenue. We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of enterprise software development and a desire to break into sales. You should thrive in high-stakes environments and be comfortable learning how to navigate complex enterprise buying cycles. We want competitive, high-achieving individuals—former athletes, debaters, or those with a proven history of excelling in competitive environments. You’ll work closely with our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and leadership team to capitalize on the massive inbound demand we’re experiencing. Beyond closing new deals, you will also manage customer relationships post-sale, ensuring customers successfully expand product usage within and across teams inside their enterprise. We will teach you everything you need to know about sales and customer development. You just need to come in hungry to learn, ready to improve every day, and willing to compete at the highest level.
