RealPage is launching a new generation of AI Agents across Operations, Facilities, Collections, and Finance—and we’re looking for a Solutions Consultant to play a critical role in bringing these innovations to life for our customers. This role is essential to ensuring customers realize value quickly as these AI solutions roll out in Q1/Q2, strengthening RealPage’s leadership in AI‑driven property management.

About the Role
As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll be a key member of RealPage’s strategic implementation organization, responsible for the successful delivery, implementation, and adoption of our AI‑powered SaaS solutions.
You’ll work directly with customers and internal teams to design scalable, resilient solutions tailored to each customer’s business needs. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll guide customers through full lifecycle implementations, from discovery and design through go‑live and adoption—ensuring they see measurable value from RealPage’s AI Agents.
This is a highly visible, client‑facing role with broad exposure across product, services, and leadership teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the multifamily industry
• Expert‑level knowledge of at least one RealPage product and its integrations
• Familiarity with consulting methodologies and SaaS implementation processes
• Ability to confidently lead discussions with Directors and senior operational stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
• High sense of ownership and accountability in a fast‑paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementations of RealPage’s AI Agents across Operations, Facilities, Collections, and Finance
• Partner with customers to:
• Define business requirements and assess current‑state operations
• Identify AI‑driven use cases that deliver meaningful business impact
• Design solution frameworks that align RealPage capabilities with customer goals
• Drive change management strategies to support successful adoption and speed‑to‑value
• Track implementation milestones, requirements completion, and adoption outcomes
• Lead discovery sessions for presales and implementations with key customer stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with Engagement Management and internal delivery teams on project planning and execution
• Plan and support system design, integrations, go‑live activities, training, and post‑launch support
• Build long‑term customer partnerships, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the relationship
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including Director and regional leadership
