Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect or Implementation Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-powered solutions and prompt engineering.
• Strong technical credibility to lead discussions and tackle integration challenges.
• Experience with middleware platforms, iPaaS tools, and REST APIs.
• Proven track record managing enterprise customer engagements.
• Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a focus on customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead technical discovery to map customer workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Build and optimize AI agents, configuring workflows and tuning agent behavior.
• Own integrations between AI agents and customer systems using middleware and iPaaS platforms.
• Drive successful implementations end-to-end, ensuring smooth go-lives.
• Enable customer teams to manage and improve their AI agents.
• Gather insights on customer deployments to inform Product and Engineering teams.
