AI Solutions and Product Lead
About The Position
The AI Product Lead at MaineHealth is a strategic role focused on transforming artificial intelligence opportunities into impactful healthcare solutions that improve care delivery, reduce costs, and support MaineHealth's mission. Collaborating closely with the CIDO and IT Innovation team, this leader ensures AI initiatives align with clinical and operational priorities. They guide projects from concept to scalable adoption, framing use cases, defining ROI, and coordinating resources and stakeholder engagement. Initially acting as a product owner, they also plan for long-term sustainability by transitioning ownership and building the necessary infrastructure. Ultimately, the role is central to embedding AI responsibly and effectively across the health system.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare product management, innovation or digital health strategy - ideally with experience or exposure to AI-enabled solutions
- Skilled at translating clinical and operational needs into product roadmaps and measurable outcomes
