About The Position

As an AI Solution Architect, you will establish architectural patterns that demonstrate the value of the ServiceNow platform within days, accelerating technical validation and deal closure. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers, translating ambitious AI strategies into solution blueprints and proof of concepts designed to deliver measurable results. Purpose: Design and deliver AI Experience architectures, proof of concepts, and solution blueprints to streamline customer journeys and accelerate outcomes. AI Solution Architects support the design, architecture, and development of proofs of concept for AI Experience across the ServiceNow platform, including skills and workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
  • Expertise in AI architecture, workflow automation, and integration frameworks.
  • Skilled in designing scalable, high-performance end-to-end solutions with rapid implementation.
  • Strong collaboration across sales, specialist, and product teams.
  • Proven ability to quickly establish technical credibility and influence customer architectural direction.
  • Over 7 years of experience in architecture or pre-sales engineering roles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural design sessions focused on AI Experience and platform solutions, transforming customer requirements into actionable blueprints.
  • Demonstrate platform capabilities through in-depth technical presentations, highlighting integration options and fostering confidence in the solution’s technical foundation.
  • Develop proofs of concept and technical validation frameworks for customers in your designated districts.
  • Work closely with AI Experience Solution Consultants to ensure alignment between solution blueprints, customer priorities, and workshop outcomes.
  • Create and contribute to reusable assets, reference architectures, and industry patterns to enhance team productivity and support consistent, high-quality delivery at scale.
