About The Position

In this role, you will design and implement enterprise-grade AI-powered conversational solutions, combining Generative AI, Agentic AI, and CCaaS platform integration to create seamless, multi-channel customer experiences. You will work closely with sales, engineering, and professional services teams to develop solution strategies, proposals, and technical architectures. This position offers the opportunity to shape advanced AI solutions for large-scale customer engagement, driving automation, scalability, and operational efficiency. You will lead architecture and integration efforts, mentor teams, and ensure best practices in cloud-native deployment, APIs, and DevOps. The role involves remote collaboration, client-facing consulting, and pre-sales support to ensure solutions meet both technical and business requirements. You will also stay at the forefront of emerging AI technologies to continuously innovate and improve conversational experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience in AI solution architecture.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in solution architecture for enterprise-scale AI-driven applications.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM-based architectures, and agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGen.
• Experience designing and implementing bots, IVR, messaging/chat applications, and omni-channel customer experience platforms.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, microservices, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Programming experience in Node.js, Python, or Java; familiarity with React and MongoDB is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with ability to present solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality solutions in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement conversational AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, and CCaaS platforms for voice, chat, and messaging channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Professional Services teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Lead pre-sales activities including discovery sessions, RFP/RFI responses, business case development, and proposal creation.
• Develop solution strategies, timelines, ROI models, and technical presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Define integration strategies with platforms such as Genesys, Five9, and Amazon Connect, ensuring seamless interoperability and automation.
• Guide teams in best practices for API design, microservices, cloud-native deployment, and DevOps workflows.
• Conduct research and provide subject matter expertise on emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve solutions.
