NetflixLos Angeles, CA
2d$165,000 - $260,000Hybrid

About The Position

At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what’s next. Role Description The AI Solution Analyst will be part of the Process Excellence team within the Finance Program Management Office (PMO). This role accelerates Netflix's citizen builder movement by owning key enablement activities, including developing and deploying upskilling curricula and guiding and supporting Finance teams in building solutions using enterprise AI solutions and automation tools. This is an enablement-first role designed to drive a citizen-builder culture and help Netflix Finance users successfully leverage available tools to enhance automation and drive adoption. This role sits within Finance and requires close collaboration with Finance stakeholders and product/engineering teams. This is a hybrid position based in Los Angeles or Los Gatos with flexibility to work remotely part of the time. Occasional travel to other offices, including internationally, may be required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with intelligent automation (RPA, AI agents, etc.), with recent practical experience applying GenAI and AI agents to business processes
  • Demonstrated ability to prototype and build solutions using enterprise automation platforms (e.g., Google Gemini)
  • Strong process analysis skills with working knowledge of core Finance processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, FP&A)
  • Proven experience designing and delivering technical training or enablement programs — not just creating materials, but driving actual adoption and behavior change
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator who can translate between business needs and technical capabilities
  • Comfort working at the boundary of business and engineering without owning either domain fully

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a Finance, accounting, or FP&A environment
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks applied to technology adoption
  • Experience building communities of practice or internal capability programs
  • Experience in Media & Entertainment / Technology

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our existing CoE and GenAI champions to design upskilling programs and training materials to enable literacy and drive adoption in line with organizational goals
  • Host training sessions tailored to meet Finance users at their current skill level — from first-time prompt writing to building agents
  • Provide visibility into upcoming training opportunities and proactively assess needs across the FinOps organization
  • Create reusable assets: Develop templates, starter kits, prompt libraries, etc. — that lower the barrier to self-serve
  • Host regular office hours, hackathons, and communities of practice to build a self-sustaining builder culture
  • Partner with Finance teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities scoped to what can be built using enterprise AI and automation solutions
  • Collaborate with Finance users to identify potential solution paths and work alongside the teams to implement them — coaching and collaborating through the build, transferring skills in the process, vs. building
  • Support with rapid prototyping or POC development to determine feasibility before larger time and effort investments
  • Develop and distribute surveys to determine the effectiveness of training and upskilling opportunities
  • Maintain close relationships with GenAI champions to understand training needs for specific teams and develop action plans
  • Collaborate with Product & Technology teams to continuously improve adoption tracking and insights
  • Provide PMO leadership with regular insight into automation adoption, risks, and areas of opportunity

Benefits

  • Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits.
  • We also offer paid leave of absence programs.
  • Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
  • Full-time salaried employees are immediately entitled to flexible time off.
