About The Position

We are looking for talented individuals to create agentic AI systems that leverage OpenAI's large language models (LLMs) to automate business processes across different functional areas. This position involves designing and testing AI workflows with tools such as Glean and Sema4, while incorporating OpenAI LLMs to improve reasoning, information retrieval, and task automation. Ideal candidates will develop a deep understanding of functional use cases that provide real business value, using their computer science knowledge and programming abilities to build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows. There will also be chances to enhance skills in prompt engineering, evaluation, and iterative development for LLM-driven agents. Requirements

  • We encourage recent graduates or those close to finishing their Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degrees to apply
  • Compensation in California ranging from $40 to $70 per hour
