About The Position

Join ZoomInfo’s Product department as a Summer Intern to work on high-impact projects that power our go-to-market data products. You’ll join one of the three teams below to participate in real work using AI alongside experienced mentors, with a strong emphasis on data quality, reliability, and learning fast. What you'll do Option A: DS and Applied ML AI Team Build real-world ML systems—recommendations, scoring models, ad optimization, AI agents, and datasets—that power intelligent go-to-market workflows. As an intern, you’ll get end-to-end experience from problem discovery and analysis through model design, experimentation, and deployment on systems that impact millions of users and businesses. Option B: Customer Products Team You’ll help build and scale backend services, APIs, and data pipelines (Java/Python) on AWS that power ZoomInfo’s customer-facing data delivery, analytics, and advertising platforms. You’ll also support AdTech campaign features and applied AI initiatives (including LLM-based tooling), working closely with senior engineers in a mentorship-focused environment. Option C: Meta-Agent Team Build a reinforcement learning-inspired meta-agent that treats eval pass rates as a reward signal, proposes prompt and tool configuration experiments as actions, and uses an LLM as the policy to reason about why previous experiments failed and what to try next — iterating through the platform's config versioning system to converge toward optimal agent parameters without human intervention.
