Requirements

4+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Understanding of header/content similarity concepts and their role in column grouping.
Ability to interpret impact zones and semantic relationships between columns.
Strong experience in analyzing large datasets and identifying patterns.
Ability to interpret dashboards and metrics (precision, recall, false positives).
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA) and enterprise data governance.
Ability to analyze dashboards and interpret precision/recall metrics.
Basic understanding of system configuration (PCS, Vector Storage) and sync processes.
Ability to coordinate with technical teams for troubleshooting ElasticSearch/OpenSearch setups.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a Data Science, AI or related roles (Science, Statistics or Engineering) supporting multiple specialty areas of Digital, Data and Analytics
Moderate leadership experience, leading programs or team members
Passion for digital, data and AI and experience working within a digital and data driven organization
Hands-on experience with LLM fine tuning and transfer learning
Experience with ML Ops and secure deployment in cloud environments
