About The Position

Koniag Technology Solutions, inc, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an AI/RPA Engineer with a Secret security clearance to support KTS and their government customer at Andrews Air Force Base, MD. The position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days onsite. Requirements

  • B.S. in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 3-5 years’ experience with AI implementations
  • Experienced with Cloud and System Engineering
  • Experience in Technical Writing for Policy and Planning Documentation
  • Experience with project roadmaps and planning and tracking multiple, disparate teams
  • Experience authoring and presenting Executive Level documentation and briefs
  • Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed team environment, with a client-centric culture, and an environment of high performers.
  • Must be able to multi-task and shift priorities as needed.
  • Must have a deep understanding of software development lifecycle requirements and AI capabilities for the federal government.
  • Must be able to work effectively with numerous stakeholder types and bring a group to consensus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an authority on AI technologies, trends, and best practices within the organization.
  • Develop and implement AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and assess their potential impact on the company's products and services.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI development teams.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to design and implement AI-driven solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI tools, frameworks, and platforms.
  • Lead proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility and value of AI applications.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance AI literacy across the organization.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events as an AI thought leader.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in AI and related fields such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Develop research and development proposals on AI applications for the federal government.
