About The Position

Koniag Technology Solutions, inc, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an AI/RPA Engineer with a Secret security clearance to support KTS and their government customer at Andrews Air Force Base, MD. The position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days onsite. Requirements

B.S. in Computer Science or related discipline
3-5 years’ experience with AI implementations
Experienced with Cloud and System Engineering
Experience in Technical Writing for Policy and Planning Documentation
Experience with project roadmaps and planning and tracking multiple, disparate teams
Experience authoring and presenting Executive Level documentation and briefs
Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed team environment, with a client-centric culture, and an environment of high performers.
Must be able to multi-task and shift priorities as needed.
Must have a deep understanding of software development lifecycle requirements and AI capabilities for the federal government.
Must be able to work effectively with numerous stakeholder types and bring a group to consensus.

Responsibilities

Serve as an authority on AI technologies, trends, and best practices within the organization.
Develop and implement AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and assess their potential impact on the company's products and services.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI development teams.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to design and implement AI-driven solutions.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI tools, frameworks, and platforms.
Lead proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility and value of AI applications.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance AI literacy across the organization.
Represent the company at industry conferences and events as an AI thought leader.
Stay current with the latest developments in AI and related fields such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
Develop research and development proposals on AI applications for the federal government.
