About The Position

As an RPA developer on the insurance product team, this position emphasizes administering automation practices using tools such as UiPath. Create high-quality technical solutions within an agile environment. Understand business processes, stakeholder expectations, and collect requirements. Identify opportunities for enhancing documentation, codebases, and SDLC processes. Great communicator while engaging in code reviews and mobbing sessions. Support other development and business teams on automation development have a sense of ownership and accountability to deliver high-quality solutions in an agile environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, any Engineering discipline or closely related field and 4 years of work experience as a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer or closely related occupation.
  • Expertise/experience with: 1) Automation platforms (e.g., automation anywhere, power automate, work fusion, blue prism, UI path, nice Neva, or other automation technologies).
  • Strong programming skills including c#, java, and SQL.
  • Data visualization tools tableau and/or power bi practical experience with relational databases and data analysis/mining tools.
  • Understanding of the ETL process experience working with structured and unstructured data in various storage solutions.
  • Communication skills to present findings, data, and conclusions to team members and influence leadership understanding of the insurance business and operations.
  • Knowledge of Java VBA languages, JavaScript, java, C++, PYTHON, SQL, NOSQL, VB or other configuration/ scripting type technology.
  • Experience in artificial intelligence / machine learning experience with azure, AWS, or other cloud providers.
  • MUST POSSESS EXPERTISE/ KNOWLEDGE SUFFICIENT TO ADEQUATELY PERFORM THE DUTIES OF THE JOB BEING OFFERED.
  • EXPERTISE/ KNOWLEDGE MAY BE GAINED THROUGH EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATION.
