About The Position

Automation Design & Implementation: Build, maintain, and improve low-code and AI-driven workflows that streamline legal and compliance operations - from intake and triage to reporting and knowledge management. Prompt Development: Design and refine prompts for generative-AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to automate recurring tasks such as reviewing documents, drafting templates, summarizing data, or routing requests. Documentation & Governance: Maintain clear documentation of automations, logic, and prompt structures to ensure transparency, scalability, and compliance with data-handling standards. You're passionate about AI, automation, and process efficiency - curious about how technology can remove friction and make complex work simpler. You may come from a background in operations, data analysis, product support, or technology, and are eager to apply your skills in the legal and compliance domain. You have hands-on experience building or maintaining automations using tools like ChatGPT. You enjoy prompt engineering - crafting and testing generative-AI prompts that deliver accurate, structured, and useful outputs. You're a structured problem solver with a bias toward action: you experiment, iterate, and measure impact. Familiarity with legal operations, risk, or compliance processes is a plus, but not required - curiosity and systematic thinking matter most. You communicate clearly, document your work, and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues. Requirements
