The AI Agent Product Specialist role is at the forefront of defining AI Agents that will handle 90% of business interactions with customers in ten years. The role begins with two weeks of intensive training on the Regal AI Agent Platform, covering prompting best practices, function building, and the Regal Operating System. This position is designed as a starting point for entry-level talent interested in the AI field, with a clear path to more senior roles in engineering, product management, or customer success after 1-2 years. AI Product Specialists are responsible for creating and refining voice prompts and conversation flows for AI Agents, blending prompt engineering with user-focused product sense to deliver natural, brand-aligned interactions that meet business objectives. They will become experts in tuning AI Agent performance using settings from STT, TTS, and LLM providers. The role also involves pioneering new prompt engineering techniques, building new functions for new use cases, and providing product feedback to the Regal product and engineering teams to enhance the platform. Finally, they own Quality Control and testing of AI Agents to ensure they meet quality standards.
