AI Product Specialist
About The Position

We are seeking an AI Product Specialist to optimize how our generative AI features solve customer problems. This role focuses on designing, testing, and refining the prompts and workflows that power AI capabilities. You will ensure AI outputs are accurate, useful, and aligned with customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt design
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs from a user perspective
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Customer empathy and understanding of user needs
- Comfort working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Basic understanding of software systems and APIs
Nice To Haves
- Experience with generative AI platforms preferred
- Light scripting or automation experience preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows or regulated industries preferred
Responsibilities
- Design and refine prompts that power AI features across CentralReach products
- Test AI outputs for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and customer value
- Identify and resolve issues with AI behavior, including failure modes and edge cases
- Gather customer insights on workflow challenges and translate them into AI solutions
- Monitor AI performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Responsible AI teams on feature development
- Create documentation and training materials for AI features
- Conduct systematic testing across diverse scenarios and high-risk situations
- Maintain prompt libraries and best practices documentation
