AI Product Manager Job Overview: We are seeking a strategic, forward-thinking AI Product Manager to spearhead our AI vision and execution across our global SaaS portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for defining AI strategies that fuel innovative external solutions for our clients while simultaneously optimizing internal processes related to software development and operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to blend technical excellence with market insight, ensuring our products remain competitive on a global stage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of product management experience, specifically within SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrable experience in defining and executing AI strategies on a global scale.
  • Proven track record managing products that integrate advanced AI/ML technologies alongside traditional software functionalities.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI and all its forms and applications, LLMs and how to train them with large datasets, prompting and models, how to automate processes with Agentic AI etc. Nice to have: machine learning and data analytics. Ability to work closely with technical teams to translate complex concepts into marketable features. Hands on experience chat prompting, designing and creating LLMs, AI related performance issues, Agentic AI design and implementation. Experience with multiple existing and emerging AI tools sets (text, image, video, process, etc.)
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Strong ability understand client facing applications such as process automation and improvements, customer servicing, calculation and risk assessments, product recommendations, etc. Strong ability to understand the application of AI to internal software product development efficiencies such as AI driven design, testing and coding, API creation, DevSecOps automation, legacy code conversion, data conversion strategies for both structured and unstructured data, entire application transformation using AI, etc. Proven ability to balance innovation with operational constraints, driving initiatives that deliver measurable business value. Expertise in using data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
  • Communication & Leadership: Exceptional presentation and communication skills for diverse stakeholder groups. Experience in leading cross-cultural teams and managing global projects.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile product development practices and iterative development cycles.
  • Market Insight: Ability to anticipate market trends and customer needs to proactively shape product strategy.
  • Change Management: Proven aptitude for managing and driving organizational change, particularly with emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Vision Development: Define, articulate, and own the global AI product vision and roadmap. Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Product Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and operations teams to translate business needs and market insights into actionable AI product requirements. Serve as the liaison between global teams and executive leadership, ensuring unified strategy and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions—from conceptualization and planning to development, launch, and iterative improvements. Prioritize product features and initiatives based on ROI, client impact, and operational efficiency.
  • Client-Facing AI Features: Develop and implement AI-driven strategies to enhance customer-facing SaaS products. Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to drive continuous innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Internal Operational Enhancements: Identify and lead initiatives that leverage AI to optimize internal software development processes, improve operational workflows, and drive process innovations. Utilize data-driven insights to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and scale operations effectively.
  • Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor product performance and user adoption. Use advanced analytics to assess impact, refine product strategies, and pivot initiatives when necessary.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate strategic vision, progress updates, and key insights to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, clients, and industry experts to foster innovation and secure long-term success.
  • Compliance & Ethical Standards: Ensure all AI initiatives adhere to regulatory standards and ethical considerations. Champion responsible AI practices that balance innovation with risk management.
