About The Position

The AI Product Manager (Business Analyst) plays a central role in shaping, prioritizing, and delivering Zing Health’s AI and automation use cases. This role bridges business needs and technical execution—managing the intake pipeline, defining requirements, guiding prototypes, and supporting delivery across Salesforce, Genesys, Azure Data Fabric, EDW, and automation platforms. This is a mid-level role ideal for someone who is analytical, process-oriented, and excited about building AI-enabled solutions that improve operations, member experience, and enterprise efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years in business analysis, product management, or similar role.
  • Experience managing backlogs, prioritization, and iterative delivery
  • Experience working with cross-functional technology teams.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Familiarity with AI/automation concepts (LLMs, workflows, bots, analytics).
  • Understanding of healthcare payer operations is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • High ownership and follow-through, and structured thinking
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to platforms like Salesforce, Genesys, Azure Data Fabric/EDW, or Copilot is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the AI/automation intake process across business units (UM, CM, Provider Ops, MSR, Claims, etc.).
  • Evaluate requests based on feasibility, ROI, risk, effort, and alignment with enterprise priorities.
  • Facilitate working sessions with business leaders to create clear business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog by quarter and track progress from idea ? prototype ? production.
  • Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment activities with business stakeholders.
  • Track delivery milestones, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional impacts.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure delivery of prototypes, MVPs, and iterative enhancements.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and support change management and adoption.
