AI Product Engineering Leader

Were hiring an AI Product Engineering Leader to own the product end to end as lead builder of the education applications. This is a hands-on role for someone who can discover problems, design solutions, and ship production-ready software themselves. Youll work closely with the customers to turn customer needs into shipped products quickly and with high quality. You will also work with the LLM team to hone and improve the overall user experience.
Requirements
- Strong technical foundation (CS, engineering, or equivalent)
- Proven ability to ship real products you personally built
- Comfortable operating independently with high ownership
- Clear product taste and sound judgment
- Calm, confident, and not salesy
Responsibilities
- Own product discovery, customer research, and prioritization
- Design and ship production-ready software personally
- Use modern AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Lovable) to move fast
- Make clear product and technical tradeoffs and execute against them
- Ship, iterate, and improve based on real user feedback
