About The Position
At Rokt, we believe the best operators don't just run systems - they reinvent them. As an AI Operations Accelerator, you'll join Rokt Operations, the team responsible for accelerating client impact, protecting the customer experience, and reducing friction so we can operate at 5x speed. Operations is a team of generalists. You'll start by learning our systems hands-on - executing real workflows, understanding how our products work, and building the context that makes you dangerous. Then you'll do what great operators do: spot what's slow, manual, or broken - and fix it using AI, automation, and first-principles thinking. Most early-career roles define a narrow scope. This one doesn't. Our work spans client launches, issue investigations, network monitoring, QA, and tooling - touching nearly every part of Rokt's go-to-market motion. In your first year, you could automate a recurring workflow that saves the team hours each week, redesign a process that removes days of friction from a critical path, or build a tool that helps the team make better decisions faster. To set you up for success, you'll go through a structured onboarding program designed to build deep context on Rokt's products, systems, and operating model - so you can start contributing quickly and grow into driving meaningful impact.
Requirements
- Background agnostic: Your path can be unconventional. What matters is how you think, learn quickly, and deliver results. You’re humble, curious, and not defined by titles or credentials.
- Analytical & resourceful: You dive into unknown areas head first, use data to drive decisions, and break problems down to first principles.
- AI fluency: Given a manual problem, you can identify the right tools and approaches, generate a quality output, and automate the process along the way.
- Self-starter with ownership: You take ideas from concept to implementation. When you spot a problem, you build toward a solution and own the outcome.
- Adaptable & resilient: You’re comfortable with ambiguity. You iterate quickly when something doesn’t work.
- Collaborative communicator: You work well with diverse teams and can explain complex ideas simply. You handle feedback with humility and can bring others along.
Responsibilities
- Streamline & automate Ops workflows: Identify inefficiencies across launch, QA, monitoring, troubleshooting, approvals, and operational processes. Design and implement AI-enabled automations that reduce time and errors.
- Build internal tools: Create and deploy tools (often AI-assisted) that improve decision-making, increase visibility, and remove bottlenecks for Ops and our cross-functional partners.
- Improve speed + quality outcomes: Measure the impact of what you ship, iterate quickly, and help drive improvements against our team goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Partner closely with teams like GTM, Solutions, Product, and Engineering to understand pain points, align on outcomes, and land changes that stick.
- Get trained at speed: Learn the ins and outs of Rokt’s platform and internal tools through hands-on work, then use that context to accelerate via automation and better systems.
