About The Position

14438 – AI/ML Engineer – Salesforce (onsite) – Juno Beach, FL Start Date : ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Requirements

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required)
• Experience in software development, AI/ML, or related roles (3+ years)
• Experience with Salesforce platform (development, configuration, or administration)
• Experience with Python, R, or similar languages for AI/ML development
• Experience with machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and statistical modeling
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Experience with Salesforce development tools (Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science , Engineering, or related field

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Einstein Prediction Builder, or Einstein Bots
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI services
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for AI/ML deployments
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or other specialized AI domains
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, AI Specialist)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions to address specific business challenges.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment.
• Implement AI/ML integrations with Salesforce and other enterprise platforms to enhance operations.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers and Architects, to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support model monitoring, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support generative AI projects and explore emerging AI technologies.
• Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge across the team.
