We are looking for a talented and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. The perfect candidate will have experience with LLMs and be skilled in developing and implementing machine learning solutions. You will utilize the Langchain framework to work with both closed source and open source models, and apply fine-tuning and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methodologies to optimize language models for specific tasks and datasets. You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Requirements

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
2+ years of professional coding experience in Python, following PEP8 standards
1+ years of hands-on experience using the LangChain framework
2+ years of experience with machine learning concepts and fine-tuning methodologies
1+ years of experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
1+ year of experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
1+ years of experience with version control systems such as Git.
Experience ensuring production-quality code, including thorough testing and documentation
Proven solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Proven comfortable working in the terminal for development and deployment tasks

Responsibilities

Develop and implement machine learning solutions using LLMs
