We are seeking a creative, hands-on AI/ML Engineer to help design and deploy intelligent software tools that use the latest in ML and generative AI to solve exciting design and system optimization problems. Requirements
- Experience designing and analyzing experiments or A/B tests for data-driven decision making.
- Ability to translate complex engineering and business questions into well-structured analytical approaches.
- Experience building LLM-based prototypes or AI agents, particularly for multimodal or domain-specific applications.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects of varying scope and timelines, balancing depth and speed.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry or academia.
