About The Position

The AI Marketing Manager owns the strategy and execution of AI-enabled growth marketing. This role blends full-funnel marketing leadership with hands-on execution across AI tooling, experimentation, analytics, and automation to drive measurable improvements in lead generation, conversion, and efficiency. This is a high-accountability, hands-on leadership role in a lean environment. You will personally execute and optimize campaigns, content, and experiments while delivering clear performance outcomes (pipeline impact, CAC/LTV, conversion rates) and communicating results and insights to leadership. What Success Looks Like Within the first 90–180 days, you will have: Implemented AI-powered campaign workflows that improve speed, testing velocity, and efficiency Built unified measurement and reporting tied to revenue and pipeline Established repeatable content and creative production systems with brand guardrails Improved multiple core performance metrics through structured experimentation Deployed lifecycle automation with personalization and segmentation driven by data and AI

Requirements

  • 6+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation.
  • Demonstrated ownership of outcomes including CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline or revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to ship campaigns end-to-end from strategy through reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI tools for marketing execution and optimization.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ownership mentality with a commitment to continuous learning, growth, and ongoing improvement.

  • Experience with lifecycle marketing, automation, and advanced analytics.
  • Familiarity with LLM-driven workflows, experimentation frameworks, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own the growth marketing plan across acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion.
  • Define channel strategy and budget allocation based on performance and unit economics.
  • Personally execute and optimize campaigns, content, and experiments in a lean environment.
  • Manage paid acquisition and performance marketing across relevant channels.
  • Own lifecycle marketing, CRM workflows, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Build and operate scalable content and creative systems while maintaining brand standards.
  • Own SEO/AEO strategy, website conversion, and funnel optimization.
  • Build dashboards, reporting cadences, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Apply AI tools to accelerate production, testing, automation, and optimization with governance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Leadership.
  • Personally own and execute core marketing work, leveraging AI tools to accelerate production, including blog content, landing pages, website updates, social posts, basic design assets (Canva), email campaigns, and newsletters.
  • Publish and optimize content across priority channels while maintaining quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
