Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Current Student any major (but interest in tech, business, or data is a plus)
Basic experience with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or similar

Nice To Haves

Experience with AI tools, automation, or data analysis
Exposure to workflow tools (Power Automate, Zapier, etc.)
Basic coding knowledge (not required!)
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Strong curiosity about AI and emerging technologies
Ability to work independently and bring new ideas forward

Responsibilities

Assist in developing AI-driven tools and processes to support daily operations
Identify opportunities to improve reporting and workflow efficiency
Collaborate with teammates to understand current processes and pain points
Test and implement solutions using AI tools (ChatGPT, automation platforms, etc.)
Help document and standardize new processes
Other duties as required by Supervisor
