Proficiency in backend frameworks (e.g., Django), task queues (Celery), and databases (PostgreSQL). Experience with cloud (AWS GovCloud, Azure IL5/6), containerized services (Kubernetes, Docker), modern API standards (REST, GraphQL, MQTT). Strong data engineering capability, including ETL pipeline development and use of Apache Spark, Databricks, or Hadoop. Familiarity with full-stack concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and secure web design.
  • Secure Development & Compliance : Understanding of secure coding practices, ISO 27001, and DoD AI Ethical Principles. Ability to implement and maintain cybersecurity defenses per CMMC Level 1 (or higher, as required).
