We're looking for a nontraditional, high-curiosity builder to help shape the next generation of our GTM engine, someone who thrives on turning messy data, manual workflows, and disconnected systems into intelligent, automated growth loops. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Marketing, this role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations. The role is the AI brain of the GTM, building the intelligence, workflows, and automation that make every motion smarter and faster. This isn't a back-office ops job. You'll be the connective tissue between marketing, sales, and data. And you will be building the AI foundation that powers how GTM operates, learns, and scales. The ceiling doesn't exist here - this role will grow as fast as you do.

Requirements

  • Are early in your career but already build faster than most.
  • Are fluent in AI tools and automation: a daily user of n8n, Lovable, ChatGPT, or whatever it takes to ship smarter.
  • Love experimentation: testing, iterating, and optimizing to find leverage.
  • Think in systems, not tasks.
  • Care deeply about efficiency, clarity, and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate and operationalize intent and account data to supercharge the BDR team's targeting.
  • Optimize and automate BDR outreach workflows using AI and data signals.
  • Consolidate GTM data across systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn, etc.) to uncover actionable insights.
  • Build AI-native engines and workflows that amplify productivity for PMM, campaigns, and sales.
  • The role will evolve itself, as the AI layer scales to all the components in GTM.
