About The Position

Hilbert AI Co. seeks an AI Growth Lead in San Francisco, CA to drive AI-led growth by combining digital marketing strategy, data modeling, and system design to develop intelligent acquisition solutions at scale and increase the sales for our product. Develop Acquisition AI-Agent, translating human marketing workflows into structured logic. Lead performance strategy across paid channels, building CAC/LTV models and optimizing budget allocation. Conduct marketing audits and campaign diagnostics for clients using GA4, Meta Ads, ASA, and AppsFlyer. Collaborate with product and engineering to define agent logic, input signal architecture, and data layers. Use performance-driven modeling, behavioral logic, and growth heuristics to shape agent decision trees and automate high-impact marketing actions across platforms. Complete regular competitor and pricing analyses so that our product reaches more customers on a weekly basis in our target markets. 100% telecommuting permitted. 15% domestic travel to attend meetings at client sites. May work at various unanticipated locations through the United States.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered, as a Digital Marketing Specialist, or a related occupation.
  • 4 years of experience in Performance marketing and growth strategy.
  • 4 years of experience in Running budget and coordinating advertisements with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and ASA).
  • 4 years of experience in attribution modeling, CAC/LTV forecasting, and funnel optimization.
  • 4 years of experience in Performing analysis with GA4, AppsFlyer, SQL, GTM, and CRM tools, including Braze and Klaviyo.
  • 4 years of experience in Running campaigns using CRM tools, including Braze and Klaviyo.
  • 4 years of experience in building and documenting in structured workflows, marketing logic, and budget models.
