Requirements
- Candidates should demonstrate a thorough understanding of cybersecurity principles.
- Interns must be enrolled in an accredited degree program with a preference in a related field such as Computer Science/Information Systems, or Data Science.
- Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
- Pursuing a degree in IT/Data Governance, CS/IS, Data Science, or related.
- Excellent research and technical writing skills; stakeholder communication.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, or other IT/AI governance frameworks.
- SharePoint/Confluence page building; Excel/Power BI for reporting.
Responsibilities
- Help operationalize AI governance across policy, procedures, and guidance.
- Develop practical artifacts (playbooks, templates) that enable compliant, responsible AI delivery.
- Draft, review, and update AI governance PPI (policy/procedure/instruction) content and quick‑start guides.
- Build intake and review templates; improve the Use‑Case Register workflow.
- Perform comparative analysis of external standards.
- Conduct user survey and compile results to determine effectives AI governance
