The Opportunity We're building the self-driving project for real estate development. Northspyre is the operating system for real estate development — used by the developers behind billions of dollars of projects across the country. This summer, we're launching a skunkworks initiative to build the next frontier: autonomous AI agents that can predict, decide, and act across the full lifecycle of a building project. Think of what the self-driving car project was to transportation. That's the ambition here — applied to how buildings get built. You will work directly with the CEO, CTO, and Principal Engineer. Not a team lead. Not a manager's manager. The three people who decide where the company goes. Your code, your ideas, and your decisions will help shape what Northspyre looks like for the next decade. What You'll Build AI agents that autonomously monitor, flag, and resolve issues across complex real estate projects — from permitting to procurement to closeout Agentic workflows that replace hours of human coordination with real-time, context-aware decision loops LLM-powered interfaces that translate messy project data into structured intelligence and actionable insights Infrastructure for multi-agent collaboration — agents that hand off tasks, escalate to humans, and learn from outcomes Prototype systems capable of becoming core product features shipped to paying customers Who We're Looking For There is no rubric.
