Requirements

  • Strong background in people and delivery management.
  • 10+ years of experience is required.
  • Exposure to AI projects like GenAI, voice Bot, AI agents etc.
  • Solid knowledge in software engineering fundamentals.
  • ROI thinking for AI solutions.
  • Strong hands-on contribution in GenAI, voicebot, chatbot and agentic AI development.
  • Understanding cloud platforms and familiarity in AI tools and terminologies like LLM's, RAG, prompt engineering, and coding language like Python.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow team of AI Engineers and researchers.
  • Help to hire and on-board skilled AI engineers and help for expanding the AI engineering team.
  • Own and deliver the AI roadmap along with AI solution architect.
  • Management of AI Engineering backlog and working closely with AI Solution Architect to plan and prioritize the backlog.
  • Ownership of AI Delivery from Ideation till production.
  • Management of stakeholders across the organization including Data governance, Security, and country business teams.
  • document the engineering best practices.
  • Running the daily/weekly/monthly delivery ceremonies including stand-ups.
  • Partner with product managers to translate business requirements or problems into AI backlogs.
  • Aligning with internal and external governance and regulations.
  • Ensure high standards and quality in AI delivery and operations.
  • Track progress of the team and AI solutions with right KPI's , metrics.
  • Manage the expectations of AI delivery with stakeholders by clearly defining experiments, rollouts, and iterations of AI solutions.
  • Adhere to AI delivery and development engineering lifecycle.
