About The Position

Join the team building the agentic AI stack for institutional real estate. You will design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents using Python and LangGraph to automate complex development workflows. This hands-on role involves owning full-stack features end-to-end and solving unsolved problems at the intersection of AI and the physical world.

Requirements

• Has 3-5 years of engineering experience at high-growth AI or engineering-centric startups like Scale AI, Ramp, or Harvey.
• Possesses proven experience building and shipping agentic or LLM-based systems that solve real-world user problems in production environments.
• Demonstrates strong full-stack capabilities with a focus on Python and modern AI frameworks, combined with a relentless startup-driven work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy production-grade AI agents using Python and LangGraph to translate complex real estate workflows into automated software.
• Own the entire product lifecycle from initial prototype to production, collaborating directly with institutional customers and domain experts.
• Build and maintain scalable full-stack features, ensuring reliability and high performance for long-running agents and visual reasoning systems.
