This requires a smart, highly collaborative team who can identify, investigate, and implement new technologies to continue securely scaling our global business. This intern role will assist in unlocking AI capabilities within foundational platforms and contribute to projects aimed at developing AI solutions that enhance the employee experience. This includes researching and implementing AI-driven search functionalities, optimizing data retrieval processes, and collaborating with teams to identify innovative ways to leverage AI for improving employee engagement and productivity. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of DevOps Engineering.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with large language models (LLMs), artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively

  • Demonstrating product mindset with a focus on understanding user needs and iterating on solutions to enhance the employee experience

  • Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and insights related to AI and employee experience
  • Stay updated on the latest AI/ML technologies and trends enables organizations to research innovative tools that enhance employee experience and align with the voice of the customer
