Builder.io is looking to add an experienced, hands-on customer-first operator to our growing team. As an AI Engagement Manager, you will work directly with our largest and most strategic customers to help them successfully adopt, scale, and realize value from the Builder platform. This role expands on the traditional Customer Success Manager foundation by sitting at the intersection of customer success and product management. You will be deeply embedded in customer workflows, helping teams move from initial adoption to real, measurable outcomes by pairing hands-on engagement with strong technical judgment. You will work closely with Customer Engineers, Product & Engineering, and Sales to translate customer goals into reality — identifying bottlenecks, shaping implementation approaches, and guiding change management as customers adopt new ways of building with AI.
