Your mission will be to orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of critical AI initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. You will act as the central driver, coordinating across multiple expert teams to bring our AI vision to life. This is a key role at the forefront of Air Liquide’s transformation, offering a significant opportunity to solve complex challenges and deliver effective solutions rapidly. Success in this role can lead to future senior leadership opportunities, such as a Program Director or Department Manager. Are You a Match? Requirements

  • An engineering degree in Information Systems or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing increasingly complex IT projects.
  • A strong motivation to drive business transformation through technology and AI.
  • A strong focus on making Air Liquide more efficient and better performing in all its operations through ongoing improvements.
  • Broad knowledge of IT ecosystems, including ERP and CRM systems, IT infrastructure services, AI and Data product management, and Data platforms.
  • Familiarity with ITSM and ITFM principles for IT services governance
  • A result-oriented mindset, with resilience and adaptability

Nice To Haves

  • Expertise in both waterfall and agile project management methodologies (certifications are a plus)
  • A mindset that is curious, innovative, while highly organized.

Responsibilities

  • Drive AI project execution, ensuring all technical teams meet deadlines and quality commitments.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive rollout plans for new AI initiatives to ensure successful adoption.
  • Manage relationships and coordinate deliverables with Digital and IT stakeholders, along with external vendors and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, acting as a trusted advisor on AI project status, especially through recurring steering committee meetings.
  • Adopt and adapt a robust tracking and reporting system to provide clear visibility on project milestones, risks, and achievements.
