About The Position

As the AI Enablement Lead for Sales and Adoption (f/m/d) in AI Advocacy you will be focusing on identifying enablement needs, and delivering high-impact enablement content and programs for our customer success and services teams. With your insight on the SAP Business AI strategy, portfolio, and advancements as well as your hands-on experience in working with the latest technologies, you'll become an advisor and ambassador for SAP Business AI across the business, helping both development and customer-facing teams The AI Advocacy team is an integral part of the AI Marketing unit and crafts superior-quality content that tells the SAP Business AI story, showcases innovation, empowers employees, and ultimately fuels product adoption. Requirements

  • You are a very re results-oriented, structured, pro-active, execution-driven, and self-organized colleague that is capable of understanding the big picture or projects while being willing to engage in detailed aspects. You bring a strong attention to detail and always strive for highest quality.
  • 10+ years of relevant working experience in pre-sales, product management, AI, enablement, solution advisory, or related fields.
  • Strong expertise in AI in enterprise software context and an ability to connect the dots across SAP's product portfolio.
  • Track record in creating and maintaining enablement content, with focus on showcasing business value in enterprise use cases
  • Experience in engaging with C-level audience and strategic customers
  • Solid experience in project management with confidence in leading multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex topics in an easy-to-consume manner
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Drive enablement for our customer success and services audiences from strategy to execution.
  • Create easy to understand enablement content and formats partner with other teams to scale their impact.
  • Take ownership for leading projects and regular stakeholder alignments to ensure streamlined processes, a consistent knowledge base, and a top-notch enablement portfolio that is updated regularly.
  • Become a subject matter expert on products and approaches (incl. Joule, Agents, Commercials, and more).
  • Support our customer-facing teams, enriching their execution with your thorough understanding of the SAP Business AI strategy and recent technological advancements
  • Take charge of spearheading selected strategic initiatives that are key to the company's growth and AI enablement goals
